The Opportunity: MGO is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Marketing & Growth team. In this role, you will serve as the primary, day-to-day owner of inbound and targeted/warm lead intake validation, and routing in support of the firm's growth objectives. Qualifications: - Serve as the primary, day-to-day owner of inbound inquiry monitiroing and initial qualification - Respond to and engae inbound inquiries that are often cold at first touch via phone, email, and digital outreach - Validate inbound inquiries against segment alignment, service relevance, and opporunity fit using established criteria - Support execution of signal-based and targeted outreach initiatives by managing intake templates, conducting research, validating opportunity context, diligence fo...
