Finance Manager, Canada Retail

Job description

Purpose: This position is responsible for shaping and steering Canada’s retail Brick & Mortar finance strategy through effective planning, forecasting, and analysis. It partners closely with business partners and stakeholders, develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensures that financial decisions are aligned with both immediate and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead FP&A for the Canada retail channel by owning the store and market forecasting, planning, and reporting - Partner with cross-functional teams in Canada and the US (Merchandising, Operations, Demand Planning, etc.) to align financial plans with commercial priorities - Build and enhance scalable financial tools and models to enable deep-dive analysis of retail KPIs, store economics, and fleet performance - Establish KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance routines to track store productivity, profitability, and fleet health - Drive business results by identifying risks and opportunities, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering on actions to deliver to plan - Deliver concise performance narratives, insights, and recommendations to the Finance Director Canada and senior leadership - O...
