Production Supervisor

Job Overview The Supervisor, Production leads a team of technicians responsible for assembling, integrating, and testing systems and related aerospace components. This role manages daily production operations to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, ensures compliance with AS9100/ITAR processes, removes barriers to flow, and supports crossfunctional alignment with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning. Essential Functions: - Daily Operations & Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a team of production technicians and Lead Technicians. - As a member of the management team, execute business decisions and strategic priorities. - Assign work, manage staffing levels, and coordinate daily priorities to meet production schedules. - Conduct daily tier meetings and communicate key metrics, risks, and requirements. - Maintain a high-performing team environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement. - Facilitate shift handoff and ensure accurate communication across workgroups. - Safety & Compliance - Enforce all safety requirements, conduct safety walks, and immediately address unsafe conditions. - Ens...
