Overview A Break Time Regional Manager is responsible for directing and supervising operations in an assigned group of stores to maximize sales and profitability, as well as managing and serving as a liaison between a subset of Area Managers and the Break Time Director of Operations. The Regional Manager is a role model and demonstrates the company’s core values. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and motivating employees in their assigned area, as well as a subset of Area Managers, to achieve the mission of fast and friendly service.
