Job Summary The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist provides critical support across Human Resources functions, with 75% of responsibilities dedicated to learning and development initiatives and 25% to HR generalist support. This dual role ensures the seamless delivery of internal training programs, onboarding experiences, compliance education, and employee development initiatives. Additionally, the L&D Specialist supports core HR communications, wellness programming, and internal systems administration. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for employee growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Orientation Facilitation: Oversee and deliver new hire orientation sessions, including preparation of materials, facilitation, and distribution of weekly summaries. Maintain an NPS of 50+ through high-quality delivery and feedback monitoring. Training Administration: Serve as the administrator for internal training programs—set up sessions, manage invitations, track attendance, follow up with missing participants, and document completions.
