Company Description The mission of Christ’s Church of the Valley is to WIN people to Christ, TRAIN believers to become disciples, and SEND disciples to impact the world. The CCV Leadership Institute Residency Program is a 10-month immersive experience designed to equip emerging ministry leaders with the spiritual formation, leadership development, and hands-on training needed for full-time vocational ministry. Through a combination of classroom instruction, mentorship, and practical ministry engagement, residents are prepared to lead with excellence and impact the local church.
