About the role: We're looking for an Engineer-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The Engineer I provides administrative and operational support to the engineering team, ensuring a smooth coordination of documentation, procurement processes, and project tracking. You will manage records, assisting with purchase orders. You will report to the onsite Manager. Support compliance with company standards and timelines. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408: Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Report, and project files. - Manage engineering documentation, including technical drawings, - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers. Procurement & Purchase Orders: (PO) documents for engineering-related materials and services. - Help with the creation and submission of Shopping Carts, review of Purchase Order - Monitor the status of POs to ensure approvals and delivery of goods/services. - Partner with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies or delays in procurement.
