About the role: We are seeking a Director, Revenue Accounting Operations - Program Management to build and lead a team focused on modernizing how Revenue Accounting operates at Anthropic. You'll own three interrelated mandates: scaling AI-driven workflows across the order-to-cash lifecycle, running the transformation PMO for Revenue Accounting, and leading NPI program management for product launches for Revenue Accounting. You'll sequence priorities across the Revenue Accounting org, serve as its external face in cross-functional forums, and drive programs from intake through delivery with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders including Finance System, Internal Audit, GTM Systems, Billing Engineering, Product Operations and GTM.
