Requirements: - Technical school certification or equivalent experience - Proven success at the diagnosis and repair of complex problems on HVAC residential systems without daily supervision - Complete understanding of refrigerant cycle - Proficient at reading and understanding residential schematics - Able to be on the “on call” schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Proven success at educating customers on products and services offered by the company including replacement systems and maintenance agreements - Able to read, write, and speak English - Demonstrated ability to complete paperwork properly and according to procedure - Valid driver’s license - Able to lift, pull, and/or push 75 pounds - Able to climb ladders and work off scaffolding - Able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time - Furnish own hand tools - Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity and innovation - Able to complete a pre-employment physical test Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair residential oil and gas heating equipment, air conditioning units, and heat pump units - Complete residential preventative maintena...
