Human Resources Function Specialist, Senior The Opportunity: Apply extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the company. Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, disciplinary actions, employee departures, policy interpretation, conflict of interest and risk mitigation. Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our customers. Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function. This position is located in the Washington Met ro area. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .
