Location: REMOTE Status: Part‑Time/PRN Schedule: Variable - Based on need Compensation: Monthly Stipend - $500 for FT and $250 for PT every Physician Assistant supervised NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a licensed Physician (MD or DO) to serve exclusively as a Supervising Physician . This is a non-clinical, administrative oversight role. You will not be responsible for seeing patients in-person or performing clinical shifts. Your primary focus is to provide regulatory-compliant supervision and clinical mentorship to our Physician Assistants across our Arizona locations. Key Responsibilities: As the Supervising Physician, your duties are strictly limited to oversight and compliance as defined by the Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants: - Supervision Agreements: Establish and maintain written delegation/supervision agreements with PAs (specifically those with <8,000 hours of clinical practice) as required by A.R.S. § 32-2533. - Clinical Oversight: Review and ensure that health care tasks performed by APPs are within their scope of training and experience. - Quality Assurance & Chart Review: Conduct regular, structured chart reviews and provi...
