This will help ensure that our guests are getting the best product possible. RESPONSIBILITIES: Double check that prepared food is consistent according to standard operating procedures & the ticket. Maintain a clean work environment. Ensure food safety and appropriate sanitation measures are followed. Stock items applying appropriate dating and rotation principles, FIFO. Keep tickets in order on the expo side from the first ticket that came in to the last ticket. Pull tickets as they are being handed out Make sure that all tickets being handed out have all of the items and specifics on the ticket correctly before handing out food to a guest. Perform prep work, bus tables, sweep floor & hand out food as necessary. Wipe down tables, remove garbage or dirty dishes from dining room, and sweep floors.
