The Opportunity The Functional FEP will serve as a strategic business partner to the Partners in Functions and be an active voice in decision making. The role includes strong partnership and reporting to the Functional Lead to ensure clarity and oversight of Functional investment as well as to enable trade-offs within function and across company. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery of financial commitments by enabling data-driven trade-offs across functions. The ideal candidate connects financial rigor with operational realities, driving alignment across the business to maximize value, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Finance & Business Partnership: Partner closely with designated stakeholders within the Function as agreed with the Functional FEP Lead to deliver financial targets.
