Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: RISM - San Diego, CA 92121Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.65 HourlyJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Hospitality - HotelResponsible for the cleaning of all public and common areas and assistance with housekeeping and maintenance. This position will be responsible for overnight laundry, it is open schedule. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Clean entire grounds of trash and cigarette butts. Run laundry and empty housekeepers’ trash. Clean lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice and vending machines. Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, public benches, exterior of guest room doors. Shampoo carpets as assigned. Turn mattresses as assigned. Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned. Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Assist maintenance department with basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry).
