POSITION TITLE: Program Instructor - Recreation DIVISION : Recreation & Facilities REPORTS TO: Recreation Program Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Part-time PAY RANGE: Starting at $13.00/hour Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to effectively teach or assist with leading a variety of recreation programs. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and facilitation of assigned programs in categories such as sports, wellness, senior, creative arts, homeschool, enrichment, nature, and special events. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
