Production Supervisor – Fabrication & Welding

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating and staffing the Fabrication department - Team building, Training and development of all Fabrication shop personnel - Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of all department personnel - Manage the Fabrication department in a cost-effective manner by sound buying practices and efficient production planning. - Responsible for maintaining the necessary tools, equipment and supplies to fulfill all of XL Systems welding requirements. - Review in conjunction with Welding Engineering, all welding procedures and specifications. - Assist and recommend in the area of equipment acquisition, upgrading and the refinement of welding processes. - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Fabrication shops - Responsible for and the authority to generate non-compliance reports, corrective action and/or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s). - Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s). - Comply with all NOV Company and Quality, Health Safety Environ...
