Job DetailsJob Location: Santa Cruz, CA 95060Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 HourlyPay & Schedule: $24–$26/hr (based on experience) Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm Rotating on-call shifts required Company truck & tools provided Duties & Responsibilities: Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs Perform all aspects of painting, drywall patching, texturing, caulking Perform unit turnovers (move-ins, move-outs, inspections) Perform routine landscaping and janitorial tasks Coordinate maintenance by outside contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) Other duties/tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1+ years related experience in maintenance services. Demonstrate ability in general construction and power tool knowledge. Must have and keep a good driving record. Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV report. Organized and a self-starter with attention to details. Must demonstrate good record and time keeping skills and be computer literate. Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
