Our (SM) will work closely with our Community Manager to ensure that all retention and financial goals for the property are met, while overseeing the service team, to ensure that we provide exemplary service to our residents and work collectively to maintain all mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership ability and a willingness to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
