The HR department is led by the CHRO, who is member of the Robeco Executive Committee and consists of 4 teams: 1) HR Business partners, 2) Reward, 3) HR Service & Delivery and 4) Leadership, Talent & Learning (LTL) The LTL teams consists of a Talent & Development manager and a Learning & Development Manager (vacancy). You will report into the Head of LTL. Position & Requirements: As a Learning & Development Manager at Robeco, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's future by strategically aligning Learning & development solutions with our business goals to create impact. This multifaceted position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to accelerate the development of all our employees and leaders, ensuring that Robeco remains at the forefront of the financial industry.
