Job description

Qualifications: - Solid track record of successfully delivering high volume full-life cycle recruiting, managing key stakeholders, customers and business leaders, preferably within the staffing or contingent worker space across the UK and or EMEA. - Extensive resourcing experience ideally within an IT Technical field such as Networking and Infrastructure, Cloud or Security disciplines. - Deep routed experience working with recruitment database tools and client relationship management tools (CRM’S), Excel and Human Resources information systems preferred. - Consulting experience, leading major change efforts, preferably in staffing initiatives. - Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with exceptional interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well as a strategic resourcing representative to internal stakeholders, as well as within the strategic resourcing team. - Thorough planning, time management and organizing abilities. - Must have ability to exercise good judgment with demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills. - Experience working with IR35 – with an understanding of both in and out of scope operating models.
