Job Summary: The handyman is the face of RXR Management in attending to the day to day operation of the property. Responsibilities include responding to a tenant service request in an efficient, friendly, and responsible manner. They must be reliable, able to work on their own or as directed by the Building Manager & Superintendent. Perform maintenance and repairs, painting, cleaning, and other tasks required for keeping this building and its equipment in good working order.
