Job Details M-F 9A-5P: Hybrid between 1101 Market/Community Appointments/Home Base The Director of Market Development will be responsible for leading the physician relationship management (PRM) team focused on growth by earning referrals from employed and independent providers. Director will be responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring and measuring the results of referral development plans based on the strategic and operating plans of Jefferson Health and its' Divisions, physician relationship manager field plans and market intelligence. The director will have oversight for the regional field team including recruiting, onboarding and training as well as maintaining and developing a team that professionally represents and accomplishes the goals of the organization. The director's time will be allocated between the territory role and team management. This person will understand the practice of medicine including referral relationships, payor requirements and other economic and financial influences.
