Job Posting Title: Supply Chain Specialist (Dallas) Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Use critical thinking skills to question processes and make recommendations for efficient and positive changes Support consistent and timely delivery of products to appropriate departments or designated locations Review past activity and transactions for understanding future materials demand and maintaining proper par-levels Support Tech's reconciliation of supply par inventory volume trends and make adjustment recommendations as needed Coordinate the return of damaged or incorrect goods in a timely manner Check sterilization expiration dates and rotate stock of med/surgical supplies on a regular basis Remove outdated supplies according to established procedure Ensure that accurate records of supplies and inventory levels are maintained Conduct and coordinate the activities and processes of procurement, receipt, distribution, stocking, and inventory management of medical supplies and other materials f...
