WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning reviews with sites, program management, sales, and senior/executive leadership. - Create and maintain forecasts for several product lines. - Analyze inventory levels, product backlog, and develop viable alternatives for the business. - Analyze demand trends to improve forecast accuracy. - Make and revise capacity short, medium and long-term calculations. - Review and establish inventory planning parameters. - Use root cause countermeasures to provide solutions to delight our customers. - Lead, develop and empower supply team members.
