JOB SUMMARY: Our growing fresh produce processing division is hiring a full-time maintenance technician / machine mechanic. The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment. Including but not limited to balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts, and bearings. This position must respond to all system failures and take appropriate corrective action by completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently. The Plant Maintenance Technician will work independently on equipment that requires a high level of skill in hydraulics, electrical and diagnostics. POSITION SPECIFICS: - Compensation Information: Up to $29/hr DOQ - Schedule/Shift Information: This is typically a day shift position, with the need to occasionally work nights and weekends. - Benefits: Include PTO, Medical, Dental, STD and Life Insurance as well as 401k.
