We are looking for a TRAINEE FOR HR SERVICES to support our initiatives in attracting and retaining talents.: The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme . As a trainee, your tasks will include supporting employer branding, communications and activities related to the attraction and belonging of international talents. Work duties: You will be part of the Employer Branding and Recruitment team which also provides relocation services for international newcomers. We offer you an opportunity to learn about University HR functions, employer branding, and especially the University’s support services for international staff and their families. - Your main responsibility will be to help set up a new website targeted at international employees arriving at the University. In addition, you will assist with other communication and marketing activities as well as with event organisation.
