About the Role Pearson’s Office of the CTO organization is seeking a skilled and strategic Business Analyst to partner with our HR and Legal technology teams. This role will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technology delivery, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, thoroughly evaluated, and thoughtfully prioritized before development begins. You will have a front-row seat at the intersection of business need and technical delivery, helping leaders articulate their vision, deconstruct complex requests, and define problems in a structured, actionable way.
