The Mission Driver Enablement Center (MDEC), Service Operations organization, is seeking an Engineering and Business Process Intern to work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and enhance solutions to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to apply knowledge and gain practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, the intern will focus on operational and engineering tasks that support organizational objectives, accelerate readiness, and enhance operational delivery. Primary Responsibilities: - Work with a variety of organizations to understand processes & outputs in a teaming work environment to develop and maintain technical documentation. - Collect, organize, and manage information from various stakeholders for effective task completion and creation of reusable documentation. - Support tasks related to project tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communications. - Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to help analyze information and create output efficiently. - Assist with improving how information, tasks, and processes are organized across workstreams.
