Team Lead, Solutions Engineering (EMEA & APAC) — Identity Verification The Mission: As a Player-Coach , you will lead a distributed team of Solutions Engineers across EMEA and APAC to drive technical strategy for customer acquisition and expansion. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Success, ensuring our Identity Verification (IDV) platform is seamlessly integrated across diverse regulatory environments and complex enterprise tech stacks. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: - Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional SE team. Establish standard methodologies for discovery, demos, and POCs. - Strategic Deal Support: Act as the technical executive sponsor for high-stakes enterprise deals. Partner with Sales to navigate complex KYC, KYB, and AML use cases. - Solution Architecture: Guide customers through API/SDK integrations, advising on onboarding UX, fraud orchestration, and risk thresholds. - Regional Advocacy: Be the "voice of the region" for Product and Engineering, translating local regulatory requirements (GDPR, data residency, etc.) into product feedback. - Operational Excellence: Track and improve team KPIs, including...
