Overview Join the BEST and experience the difference! KORT Physical Therapy in Madison, Indiana and Jeffersonville, IN are seeking Physical Therapists for our Home Health Program. KORT is your community’s largest provider of orthopedic rehabilitation and we are seeking experienced physical therapists to join us. Our Indiana Home Health team is able to provide orthopedic, post-op, fall prevention and vestibular rehabilitative services to the community. Our coverage includes Clark, Floyd & Harrison and select areas in Crawford, Jefferson, Scott and Washington counties. Skilled nursing care too! This role is Part Time 16-24 hours per week. Compensation starting at $48.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement.
