Village Point is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe, NJ. We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs to join our team! At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the CNAs and CHHAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. Responsibilities: - Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services in accordance with established nursing standards and all SSL policies and procedures. - Provide medications and treatment to residents. - Assist with physician or nurse practitioner during rounds. - Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to Unit Coordinator or supervisor immediately. - Notify the physician of any changes or concerns in the resident’s condition. - Respond to emergency calls throughout the community. - Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. - Educate and direct CNAs. - Complete all required documentation i...
