We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Production Quality Engineer . Your role will involve: Production part approval process (PPAP) - Supporting and ensuring the accurate execution of proactive and reactive quality improvement projects. - Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. - Designing or specifying inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducting quality assurance tests; and performing statistical analysis. - Assisting in creating engineering documentation and reports such as: Control plans (CP): Daily inspection sheets (DIS): Temporary process authorization (TPA): AS412 instructions: Lot acceptance tests (LAT): And test summary reports. - Leading root cause analysis efforts and corrective action implementation. - Ensuring that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is compliant with requir...
