The Legal department is based in Naples, Florida and includes a team of varied legal professionals. Arthrex is actively searching for a Corporate Operations Specialist to join the Legal team. Main Objective: Responsible for identifying Corporate Legal Team's operations solutions and processes including handling sensitive legal and corporate documents and contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Review, draft, and provide feedback on legal policies and documents managed by the Corporate Legal Team. - Assist with schedules, organization of corporate team and process for both internal and external engagements, including but not limited to coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements for the Corporate Deputy General Counsel. - Demonstrate effective time management to successfull...
