Company: Mercer Description: The Senior Manager of Strategic Growth and Corporate Development supports the development and execution of the firm’s strategic agenda across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Executive responsible for Strategic growth and Corporate Development, this role will advance priority growth initiatives, supporting M&A and strategic partnerships, and delivering high-quality strategic insights to inform executive and Board decision-making. This role combines strategic thinking with execution capability, acting as a critical link between strategy design and delivery. We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven individual to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.
