Job description

Location: Remote Reports to: US Accounting Manager: Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments. - Perform cash application by reconciling incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices. - Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries in accordance with accounting policies. - Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis. - Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. - Assist in preparing schedules and reports for internal review and external audits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Romanian equivalent - 2–5 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries). - Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar). - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a fu...
