Job Description: - Manage a team based in Barcelona but also coordinate each legal PoC in each country where we are running our business (i.e. 22 countries) - Be part of the Legal leadership team - Evaluate the People/Labour risks associated with the business and ensure appropriate procedures to mitigate them are implemented balancing business needs. - Assist the People department in adapting the business/Strategy needs to local regulations. - Take a strategic and medium/long term view of risk and compliance with Labour and People regulations creating awareness on the best practices among Glovo employee Qualifications: - 8+ years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputed law firm. - Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain, with a Master in Labour Law preferable. - Excellent English &...
