Job Title: Help Desk Technician Position Type: Contract (3+ Months): Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Salary Rate: $25–29/hr Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Client Support - Associate to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
