Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Adheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds guest expectations. - Responsible for overseeing and executing the daily cafe in the Food and Beverage outlets. - Set up and preparation of all assigned locations - Check in food deliveries and verify with warehouse team - Replenish, restock, maintain all food items and food related items as needed and/or directed by management - Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness. - Prepare food and beverage orders for customers - Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and reporting any operating issues - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all walk in and reach in refrigerator and freezers in compliance with local health code - Always conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. - Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing duties - Ability to expedite food in a fast-paced environment - Lead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards ensuring Safety and Cleanliness - Work as a team with fellow associates in the both th...
