Highlights: Typical Day: Desktop support administrator is highly dynamic and centers around solving technical issues for end-users. A significant portion of the day is spent handling and prioritizing support requests, with the remaining time dedicated to projects, system maintenance, and documentation.. Tasks: Requirements: Education: Bachelor ’ s Degree in computer science, information science, engineering, business, or related scientific or technical discipline or equivalent in accordance with Education/Experience. (Desired not required) Education Substitution: Two (2) years’ experience may be substituted for an associate’s degree. Experience: Four (4) Years. **** Certifications IAT Level II.
