Job Description: An opportunity for IMRO/Retrofit Process Leader has arisen in Sevilla San Pablo The main tasks will be: - Ensure no gaps of information between different shifts to ensure right information transfer and work continuity. - Manage the deviations. - To ensure compliance with regards to the company Health and Safety standards, assuring quality of the work, times and cost set by the head of the area. - To develop the blue collars skill matrix. Collaborating in the organisation of training and processes necessary for the development of the skills of the team. - To unblock any issues (work orders, defects, industrial means ect ) to accomplish the daily/weekly plan. - Short-term Planning coordinator for the function. - Responsible to prepare the next day and week tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job) - To collaborate actively with all the support functions, engineering, production control and quality, contributing to the objectives of continuous improvement and the OES.
