Senior FP&A Associate – Real Estate

Overview The Sr. FP&A Associate will play a critical role in providing Gilbane Development Company with enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this position is responsible for aggregating and maintaining project-level data, building corporate financial forecasts, and ensuring alignment with company-wide KPIs. The Sr. FP&A Associate will serve as a key partner across Finance, Development, Asset Management, and Accounting, helping to ensure data integrity across systems (including Dealpath) and providing executive leadership with actionable insights. This role requires a combination of advanced financial modeling skills, database management capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help drive GDC’s growth and performance.
