Location: 11501 Outlook Street, Overland Park Kansas ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF): Responsible for the management and disposition of an assigned portfolio, which may contain performing or non-performing loans and REO, in an effort to maximize the goals and objectives for the portfolio. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement an approved asset management strategy for assigned portfolio, including business plans and case preparation within portfolio assigned timeframes. Correspondence and negotiations with borrowers, guarantors and/or their representatives. Completion of various internal and external reports for portfolio management. As necessary, maintain the portfolio records and files, including the system of record. Monitor the performance of third-party vendors and subcontractors. Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for various management and disposition strategies. Travel as required. Meet with the borrowers, guarantors, property managers, brokers, attorneys and site inspectors, etc. Review asset files of the portfolio as necessary to obtain pertinent asset information.
