About the Role Join a thriving, established cannabis company (200+ employees) at its next stage of growth. As District Manager, you'll lead three Iowa dispensaries — Iowa City, Waterloo, and Council Bluffs — while also serving as the on-site General Manager of the Iowa City location. This is a high-impact, dual-accountability role for a leader who excels at both big-picture strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. What You'll Do: District — All Three Locations: - Coach and develop General Managers at Waterloo and Council Bluffs to build high-performing teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences - Own district P&L, monitor KPIs, and guide GMs on labor planning, sales targets, and cost control - Conduct regular store visits, walkthroughs, and audits to improve execution and support leadership development - Ensure consistent compliance with policies, brand standards, and safety protocols across all locations - Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on promotions, inventory, and process improvements - Partner with HR to recruit top talent and build a bench of future leaders General Manager — Iowa City: - Lead, mentor, and inspire the Iowa City t...
