The Role –: In this role, you will act as our organisation’s EMIS Web Subject Matter Expert, becoming the go‑to authority for both internal colleagues and NHS customers. You’ll lead EMIS implementations end-to-end, from discovery and configuration through to go‑live and optimisation, ensuring every solution is safe, compliant and aligned with how primary care teams work in practice. You’ll be hands-on with system workflows, templates, reporting and data quality, while also bringing operational insight to improve processes, strengthen service delivery and enhance customer experience.
