Overview Junior Weapon Systems Manager (WSM): Bowhead seeks a Junior Weapon Systems Manager (WSM) to perform a dual-hatted role supporting the CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This position may include select Program Analyst responsibilities, depending on team needs, alongside management of a small FMS Weapon Systems Manager caseload supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution from initial request through long‑term sustainment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and is motivated by contributing to global security assistance and warfighter support. The Junior Weapon Systems Manager will provide day-to-day program and logistics support to SAMD Weapon Systems Managers while managing assigned FMS cases.
