General Summary The Sr. Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire major departments store business for the Betsey Johnson wholesale footwear division while maintaining a profitable relationship between the customer and company. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site 4 days per week (work from home on Friday!) Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and analyze weekly selling performance - Communicate with accounts, sale reps and vendors to maintain excellent customer relations. - Review business opportunities with buyers - Track advertising, review layouts and confirm delivery of product - Attend sales meeting and shoe shows - Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned - Travel required to market appointments and trade shows multiple times a year Account Management: - Act as the main point of contact for major wholesale customers - Maintain customer purchase orders and oversee order execution - Tr...
