About the team People are a key part of the Group’s strategy and the Human Resources (HR) support unit partners with our business units in building a vibrant, customer-focused and high integrity culture. HR are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. Key enablers include: The Reward team (or chapter) encompasses Reward Consulting, Reward Governance and Global Mobility and Executive Reward. It aims to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people.
