Purpose and Scope The Treasury Operations Manager is a key member of Tolmar’s Finance organization, responsible for leading day-to-day treasury operations that support a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This role ensures strong cash management, banking operations, internal controls, and treasury systems that enable Tolmar’s continued global expansion. The position partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Supply Chain, and commercial teams to deliver financial stability, compliance, and operational excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Cash & Liquidity Management: - Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity management across Tolmar’s U.S. and international entities. - Maintain and enhance Tolmar’s short‑term and long‑range cash forecasting process, ensuring visibility to working capital needs and capital investment plans. - Manage intercompany funding, settlements, and cash pooling structures as Tolmar expands globally.
