OVERVIEW: Purpose of Job: To perform the operational tasks related to the Company’s Customs Brokerage services product. The duties include all tasks related to Customs clearance at the desk level, including Customs entry, clearance follow up with Customs & Border Protection (CBP), and other Partner Government Agencies (PGA), such as Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Department of Transportation (DOT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and others as needed.
