The Implementation Consultant delivers services to onboard SeatGeek clients to our products and features. Working with both new and existing clients, the Implementation Consultant owns the technical delivery of projects in line with the defined scope and solution. As an expert in the implementation of our products and features, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for workstreams or entire projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management. They consult with our clients and internal teams to ensure optimal usage and client satisfaction.
